I accept new students based on availability, and can hold lessons in my home studio, online or at your house (depending on proximity).

PIANO LESSONS
Regardless of the style of piano playing you’d like to learn, I am happy to mold my teaching around your needs and desired outcomes. I enjoy working with beginners and intermediate students - both young and old - to develop a foundation for their piano practice. I especially enjoy coaching proficient pianists to develop as improvisers. It is my goal as a teacher to help you integrate your piano playing into a meditative, flowing practice oriented towards healing and personal growth.






MUSIC PRODUCTION LESSONS
I work in Logic Pro every day in professional and creative contexts, and I believe in its power as a tool to explore the boundless potential of sound. With beginning production students, I start by teaching the basics of acoustics: how sound travels, how to capture the sounds around you, how different instruments and electronic devices work together to record music. We will move onto using Logic itself, and work together to harness the capabilities of the software to create the sounds you’ve always wanted to create.
